Anesthesia Associates of Rochester, P.C. (AARPC) is an independent private practice group. We are comprised of 37 anesthesiologists providing anesthesia services at three Rochester, New York area hospitals. New members would have the opportunity to work at our main facility - Rochester General Hospital, as well as rotate through our two rural/community hospitals.

Our Group focuses on "physician-provided" anesthesia care, with only a limited time medically directing CRNA's. Our objective is to provide the highest standard of peri-operative patient care. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our patients, the hospital in which we work, and the physicians and surgeons we work with as consultants in anesthesiology.

We currently have a two year employment, prior to partnership. The operating room caseload is distributed equitably, with each anesthesiologist having input into daily assignments.
